täyte:                                                                           fyllning:

3dl vettä                                                                     3dl vatten
2dl puuroriisiä                                                           2dl grötris 
7dl maitoa                                                                  7dl mjölk
3/4 tl suolaa                                                               3/4 tsk salt
 
kuori:                                                                           degskal:
1 dl kylmää vettä                                                       1 dl kallt vatten
1/2 tl suolaa                                                               1/2 tsk salt
1 1/2 dl ruisjauhoja                                                   1 1/2 dl rågmjöl             
1 dl vehnäjauhoja                                                     1 dl vetemjöl
1 rkl öljyä                                                                    1 msk olja

kostutus:                                                                      pensling:
3/4 dl maitoa                                                              3/4 dl mjölk
25 g margariinia tai voita                                         25 g margarin eller smör

munavoi :                                                                   äggsmör :
2 kananmunaa                                                         2 ägg
25 g voita                                                                  25 g smör     
1 mm suolaa                                                            1 krm salt
(1 dl raejuustoa)                                                     ( 1 dl grynost)
